We service and maintain CCTV, intercom and Access Control systems. These critical systems usually operate on a 24 hour basis often in harsh environmental conditions and as such, they require regular maintenance and repair. We offer service and maintenance plans that aim to control the costs of service and maintenance of your equipment. We service the leading brand equipment whether it was sold by us or other suppliers.

Service Plans:

We offer two prepaid service plans

Silver Plan – covers all service and repair labor costs. The cost of replacements, parts and travel are not included

Platinum Plan – our comprehensive service plan covers the cost of all replacement parts, labor and travel

How we calculate your service costs

a. Your service requirement is based on the number of cameras being covered within your business

b. Contracts are site based. Multi site companies must have a contract per site

How do I Pay?

Well we have a number of ways we can collect the payments.

Standing order

It is important to understand that our service and maintenance contracts must be payed in full befor your 12 month contract is active. If paying by cheque then the contract starts the day the first cheque clears at the bank. We will only consider providing clients with a credit facility after appropriate credit reference checks have been made and successfully confirmed. If you default on any monthly payment or supplementary charge then you will be deemed to be in breach of contract and the full 12 month contract value must be paid within 28 days of the breach. No further service or services will be carried out until the value of the contract is settled. Please note that we pass all outstanding debts to TNC Group collection agent.
